Ignite Wellness (“we”, “us”) runs ignitewellness.shop. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what your choices are. We follow Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
What we collect
When you order: your name, phone number, delivery address, email address and the details of what you bought.
When you pay: your card details are entered directly with Paystack, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
When you create an account: your login details and order history.
When you contact us: what you send us on WhatsApp, email or the contact form.
When you subscribe: your email address for our newsletter.
When you browse: standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and Google Analytics.
Why we use it
To process, deliver and confirm your order and to contact you about it — including sharing your name, phone number and address with the rider or courier delivering it.
To answer your questions and handle any problems with an order.
To send you our newsletter and offers, only if you have subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
To prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the services we need to run the store: Paystack (payments), the rider or courier delivering your order, our email and newsletter providers, Google Analytics, and our web hosting provider. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart and login working, to remember your preferences, and (through Google Analytics) to measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the shop cart and checkout need cookies to work.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete your account.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it (unless we must keep it by law). Security
The site is served over HTTPS, payments are handled by Paystack, and access to order information is limited to the people who need it to run the store.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
