Add the products you want to your cart, go to checkout, enter your delivery details and pay by mobile money or debit/credit card. You will get a confirmation by email and we will also confirm with you on WhatsApp.
Can I pay on delivery?
Products are paid for by mobile money or card at checkout. Only the delivery fee is paid on arrival, in cash or Mobile Money to the rider or courier.
Is it safe to pay on your site?
Yes. Payments are handled by Paystack over a secure connection. We never see or store your card details.
Can I order on WhatsApp instead?
Yes — message us at +233 59 486 1877 with what you would like and we will send you a payment link.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Everywhere in Ghana. Within Accra we deliver by rider; to other regions we send by courier. See our Delivery page for times and fees.
How much is delivery?
₵20 – ₵80 within Accra and ₵40 – ₵100 to other regions, depending on the location. The fee is paid to the rider or courier when your parcel arrives.
How long does delivery take?
Same day or next day within Accra, and 2 – 3 working days to other regions.
Can I collect my order instead?
Yes. Choose Local pickup at checkout and message us on WhatsApp to arrange a time and place in Accra.
Products
Are your products genuine?
Yes. We stock original products from established brands and check every item before it goes out. Look for the sealed packaging and the expiry date on the label.
Which supplement is right for me?
Start with our wellness goals on the home page, or message us on WhatsApp and tell us what you would like support with — we are happy to suggest options. For medical questions, or if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication, please speak to your doctor or pharmacist first.
How should I store supplements?
In a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the lid tightly closed. Gummies in particular soften in heat. Keep all products out of reach of children.
A product I want is out of stock. What can I do?
Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you when it is coming back, or suggest an alternative.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Because supplements are consumable health products, orders cannot be returned or refunded once dispatched. You can cancel for a full refund before your order is dispatched, and if anything arrives damaged or is not what you ordered we will replace it — see our Refund Policy.
