These terms apply to every order placed on ignitewellness.shop (the “site”), which is operated by Ignite Wellness (“we”, “us”), Accra, Ghana. By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our Delivery, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy pages, which form part of these terms.
1. Products
We sell dietary supplements and wellness products from established brands. We do our best to describe every product accurately, but packaging, formulations and quantities may change from time to time at the manufacturer’s discretion. Product images are for illustration.
2. Health disclaimer
Our products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Always read the label and follow the recommended dose. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to a doctor or pharmacist before using any supplement. Keep all products out of reach of children.
3. Ordering and payment
All prices are shown in Ghana cedis (₵) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery fees are not included in the price and are paid to the rider or courier on arrival, as described on our Delivery page. Payment is taken at checkout by mobile money or debit/credit card through Paystack; we never see or store your card or mobile money details. An order is accepted when we confirm it with you by WhatsApp or email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock or a price was shown in error — in which case any payment taken is refunded in full.
4. Delivery
We deliver across Ghana. Delivery times and fees are set out on our Delivery page and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the products passes to you when the parcel is handed to you or to the person at the delivery address. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct at checkout.
5. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Because supplements are consumable products, orders cannot be returned or refunded once dispatched, except where an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
6. Your account and information
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for the accuracy of the information you give us. We use your information only as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Our liability
We are not liable for any loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, or for loss caused by using a product other than as directed on its label. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the laws of Ghana that cannot be excluded.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order is the one that applies.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Ghana.
